KYC Verification At DisCasino
DisCasino runs KYC checks to confirm your identity, your residential address, and that you control the payment method used on the account.
The casino requests verification before the first withdrawal, when a withdrawal triggers a manual review (for example, a large cash-out), and when account activity changes (new device, unusual login location, or repeated failed payment attempts).
DisCasino can also pause withdrawals until KYC is completed if the account details don’t match the payment details, or if the same payment instrument appears across multiple accounts.
- Identity (ID/Passport): A clear colour photo of a valid passport or national ID card. DisCasino checks your full name, date of birth (18+), document number, expiry date, and the photo. If requested, you upload a selfie holding the document or complete a short liveness check to confirm the document belongs to you.
- Address proof: A document dated within the last 3 months showing your full name and home address. DisCasino accepts a utility bill (electricity, gas, water), a bank statement, or a government letter. Screenshots without the issuer’s details or documents with a PO box address are rejected.
- Payment method: For bank cards, DisCasino requests photos of the card front and back with the middle digits covered (show the first 6 and last 4), and the cardholder name visible. For e-wallets, you upload a screenshot or PDF of the wallet profile page showing your name and account ID/email, plus a transaction that matches a DisCasino deposit. For bank transfers, DisCasino accepts a bank statement showing the account holder name and IBAN/account number.
Processing time depends on image quality and workload: automated checks can clear in 10–30 minutes, while manual review typically takes 1–24 hours after submission.
If DisCasino rejects a file, it happens for predictable reasons: glare, cropped corners, mismatch in spelling, expired documents, or address proofs older than 3 months. A corrected re-upload is usually reviewed within the same 24-hour window.
Current state: DisCasino uses a standard three-step KYC flow (ID, address, payment method
